Welcome! We’re happy to have you staying at our house. Here is our best attempt to put together all the information you might need for your stay. House Rules: 1. Please follow the House Rules 2. Please take your shoes off when you enter the house. This helps keep our floors clean. 3. Please ask questions if something comes up or you are unsure. *Cleanliness: the house has been professionally cleaned in advance of your arrival. If you use the dishes and glasses, please put them in the dishwasher. You don’t have to run it if it isn’t full, but please don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink, the counter, or the stove. If you do need to run the dishwasher, there are dish detergent pods under the sink. Please take out the trash before you leave. *Eating/Drinking: We ask that you do your eating and drinking in the kitchen or at the table to avoid stains on our furniture. We have 2 separate bins on the side of the backyard. The Grey is for trash, the Blue is for recycling. Front Door/Entry to the House You will be sent a door code based on the last four digits of your phone number. Wireless Internet The wireless network is Bond and the PW is Thankyou Washer & Dryer These are located in the office next to the 2nd bathroom. Please feel free to use our laundry detergent. Central Heating There is a thermostat located in the hallway in between the two guest bedrooms. There is both heat and AC. Hot Water The hot water in the sinks and showers only take a couple of minutes to warm up. Parking You may park in the driveway. If your vehicle leaks oil, please park in the street. Television We have Roku smart tv. Please feel free to login to your own streaming account. Trash We have a trash can (Grey), recycling bin (Blue), and compost bin (green) located on the side of the house. Trash pick-up is every Wed morning. Please take out Tuesday night. Extra Toilet Paper & Soap These are stored on the top shelf of the hallway closet. There are also extra bath towels there if you need them.
